The issue you commented on in the Mac OS-X subforum was addressed within 10 hours.Your other posting, in the Mac section, suggests that your main purpose for posting here may be to complain, not to solve your issues. If you do, someone will most likely try to help you as long as you keep from whining excessively. If you choose to uninstall, and neither of the uninstall suggestions above does the job, post here again. If you find that the software is unfit for your purposes, you are free to choose whatever works for you. So, I suspect, would the OpenOffice software development if the actual programmers take that advice. If we all went on to do what we get paid for (which for most of us is not mainly programming), like you suggest, this forum would die.
